Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Flux Castro ("Flux," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, classes, workshops, memberships, and studio facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Class Registration & Payment

Registration

Class registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first class session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Membership Terms

Subscription

Memberships are billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Membership Benefits

Active members receive unlimited open studio access, dedicated shelf space, and included kiln firings during their membership period.

Studio Rules & Safety

All studio users must follow posted safety guidelines, treat equipment with care, and respect fellow potters. Flux reserves the right to revoke studio access for violations.
